Train Attendant Option*
Train attendants DO NOT drive/operate the train.

For events expecting more than 100 guests at one time, a dedicated train attendant is required to help manage rider flow, maintain safety and smooth loading and unloading process. Please note that train attendants do not drive or operate the train. Barrels of Fun Amusements can provide a trained attendant for an additional $20 per hour.

You’re also welcome to supply your own volunteer attendant. This individual would assist the train operator by helping riders safely enter and exit, checking seat belts, keeping children clear of the riding zone, and following any guidance provided by the operator to ensure safe and efficient operation.

⛔ If an attendant has not been arranged and attendance exceeds 100 guests at one time, barrel train operations will be paused until proper staffing is in place.

After submitting your booking request, please allow 1–3 business days for our team to review availability and respond. If applicable, verification for non-profit or military status will be requested at that time.

If your requested event date is available, you will receive an invoice to secure your reservation. Once the invoice is sent, your event will be temporarily penciled onto our calendar.

Invoices remain active for 5 days. If payment is not received within that timeframe, the invoice will automatically cancel and the date will be released back to open availability.
