QA Player Transfer Form

If a player wishes to transfer between official teams during the season, that player must submit this transfer form.

All Transfers will be considered in accordance with the Quidditch Australia Transfer Policy found here.

Note that players are not permitted to move back to a previous team they have earlier left within the same season. In general, one transfer per season is expected as acceptable. Any further transfers require an acceptable reason such as:

- Moving
- Changing Universities
- Personal reasons such as discrimination or a harmful environment for the player within their previous team

Note that transfers are not automatic. Each transfer request will be considered by the Quidditch Australia Gameplay Department and either confirmed or rejected between one and two weeks after the transfer request is lodged.

Please also note that it is currently past the deadline to apply for transfers (31 August). Therefore, transfers requested after this date will only be granted in justifiably extenuating circumstances.
