The latest system version has updated Server Requirements. Please check to make sure your server meets them in order to have a better user experience with the new version
The server must be 2012 R2 or later with a 64 Bit Operating System*
Workstations must be Windows 10 Professional with a 64 Bit Operating System*
Process

We will need to connect to your server using Bomgar to run the Upgrade Routine (not applicable for cloud hosted clients). The upgrade can take anywhere from ½ hour to 1 hour based on the number of databases to be upgraded and their size. Everyone will need to log out of your system during the upgrade process.

Special Instructions

The Training Database is NOT upgraded as default.

During the upgrade process, Edmunds GovTech will automatically replace the Training Database with an updated copy of the live production database. This will minimize the downtime required to update MCSJ. If you have used the training database recently and need to retain the training data as is, please indicate by selecting the second option below.

Scheduling

After the form submission you will be sent a scheduling email to book your own appointment. Upgrades are performed daily from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM Eastern Time.
