  • This form is to be used by troop leaders of Girl Scouts of NYPENN Pathways, Inc. to request our $100 start-up funds for new troops that have met the guidelines below.  We allow one request per troop. 

     

  • Guidelines:

  • If you answer NO to any of the following questions, you will need to complete additional steps before requesting new troop funds.  Please contact your Membership Support Manager if you need help meeting these guidelines.

  • Do both you and your co-signer have a current Girl Scout membership and background check? *
  • Have both co-leaders completed their New Leader Orientation?*
  • Have both co-leaders completed the GSUSA Girl Scouts Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Course?
  • Do you have at least 5 girls registered as Girl Scouts in your troop? *
  • Have you emailed the Troop Accountant your bank letter with your new bank account routing and account number?*
  • Have both signers completed the Payment Policy Agreement (PPA) sent via email?

  • You will be notified via email once your request has been approved.  Please allow up to 10 business days for the New Troop Funds to be issued via ACH into your troop bank account.
