*Prior to banner sign installation, the form included below must be submitted with full payment of $600.00. This includes the production of the banner and display for one full calendar year.

Checks can be made payable to the Canyon High School Football Boosters and mailed to the address below.
*Banner sign must include the words "Proud Sponsor of Canyon High School Athletics" or CanyonAthletics.org. *Banner signs shall be fabricated of quality materials and professionally drawn. *Banner signs shall not contain reflective or metallic materials, moving parts, or lights. *Banner signs shall not be located so as to distract or block the line of sight of motorists or pedestrians. *Banner signs will be 4"0" x 7"0" on outdoor applications and 3"0" x 6"0" on indoor applications.
*All designs must be approved by the school administration prior to display. *Canyon High School is not responsible for replacing banners that are damaged due to weather, vandalism, or normal exposure to the elements.
