    COLLABORATIONS : If working in collaboration with lyricists / composers who are NOT in your own Band / Act or regular Songwriting Team (e.g. working over the Internet) then we strongly recommend, for your own benefit, that you create a SPLIT SHEET with all relevant song details.
    You should retain this information for your future reference.
    It is NOT necessary to submit any Split Sheets to us.
    Ensure that you list ALL co-composers on this form and that the appropriate royalty splits are shown.

    AUTHORISED REMIXES : If any submitted title is an AUTHORISED REMIX please upload your written authority / agreement from the original composer/s or their publisher/s.
    You can not register or claim royalties for UNAUTHORISED remixes.

    We must stress the importance of ensuring that all songwriters are correctly listed as subsequent request for alterations may be subject to a nominal charge.

    CAE / IPI No. : If any contributor is a member of a recognised Performing Rights Organisation (such as PRS, BMI, ASCAP etc.,) please include their CAE / IPI (Membership) Number.

    % SPLIT : Co-composers normally have an equal split share of royalties.
