We are hiring for MANY different positions for our season! We are a large rental company and are looking for hard working, and fast paced workers that are people oriented and friendly. We deliver to MANY COUNTIES surrounding HENRY.
Dispatcher, Receptionist, Cleaners, Delivery Driver/Installer, Delivery Helper/Installer, Loaders
Dispatcher is Thursday through Sunday. $9/Hr with benefits and raises based on experience and longevity.
Receptionist is Monday through Friday 9-5pm $9/Hr with benefits and raises based on experience and longevity.
Cleaners are Monday - Wednesday, possibly longer depending on the workload. Optional: be a loader as well and get more hours. $9/Hr with benefits and raises based on experience and longevity.
Delivery Driver/Installer is Friday through Sunday. Possibly on call weekdays. $12/Hr with benefits and raises based on experience and longevity. You will be driving a company vehicle.
Delivery Helper/Installer Friday through Sunday. Possibly on call weekdays. $9/Hr with benefits and raises based on experience and longevity.
Loaders Thursday through Saturday evening hours. $9/Hr with benefits and raises based on experience and longevity.
Training is paid.

Job Duties/Requirements:
DRIVER/INSTALLER: -Drive and deliver all rental items on schedule
-Deliver and pick up our inventory items in our company vehicle (or your own truck if you prefer)
-Set up and take down rental items including: inflatables, games, tents, concessions, etc.
-Maintain an operational knowledge of the rental inventory
-Must be able to work weekends and during busy weeks sometimes weekdays for deliveries. -Reliable transportation to and from work -Operational knowledge of ipad and computer -Cell Phone -Able to be self-motivated & Friendly with customers
DELIVERY HELPER/INSTALLER: -Setup and deliver all rental items on schedule
-Set up and take down rental items including: inflatables, games, tents, concessions, etc.
-Maintain an operational knowledge of the rental inventory
-Must be able to work weekends and during busy weeks sometimes weekdays for deliveries. -Reliable transportation to and from work -Operational knowledge of ipad and computer -Cell Phone -Able to be self-motivated -Friendly with customers
CLEANER: -Setup and Roll up Inflatables on a daily basis (150+lbs)
-Bend down low and get inside of inflatables to clean them.
-Use cleaning agents daily.
-Maintain an operational knowledge of the rental inventory
-Must be able to work 9-5 weekdays
LOADER: -Load & unload equipment on and off of the trucks.
-Have general knowledge of forklift operation or willingness to learn
-Have reliable transportation to and from work. -Operational knowledge of ipad and computer
-Maintain an operational knowledge of the rental inventory
-Must be able to work evenings on weekends & some holidays
DISPATCHER/PARTY HOST: -Computer Skills
-People oriented and Friendly
-Maintain the cleanliness of the shop -Dispatch Orders and Maintain Drivers -Be onsite and manage guests as they arrive for Indoor Parties.
-Maintain an operational knowledge of the rental inventory -Must be able to work weekends
RECEPTIONIST: -Computer Skills
-People oriented and Friendly
-Maintain the cleanliness of the property -Phone Skills -Customer Service & sales skills -be able to educate customers and help steer them in the right path & upsell items.
-Maintain an operational knowledge of the rental inventory
Qualifications:
DELIVERY DRIVER:
-Must be 18 or Older -Good Driving Record, a Valid Driver's License, and insurance
-Basic Math & Writing Skills -Good Oral Communication
-Knowledge of Ipad or ability to learn
-Must be Able to Lift 50 lbs.
-Able to move 150lbs+ with hand truck -Knowledge of Forklift operations or willingness to learn
-Prior delivery and event experience a plus*
-Preferably live in Henry County or within 15 minutes of Locust Grove.

-Must be 16 or Older & graduated school. (During the summer, under age 18 can work as cleaners.)
-Have reliable transportation to and from work.
-Basic Math & writing Skills -Good Oral Communication
-Must be Able to Lift 50 lbs.
