  • I agree to feed, house, bathe, train, and care for my foster pet as if he/she were my own*
  • I understand that I may be asked to foster longer than initially expected and I will notify LOLR of any limitations I may have at the time this agreement is made.*
  • I also agree to seek veterinary care, follow up and/or check-ups when necessary and follow LOLR's animal care protocol for my foster pet. I understand that LOLR will provide food, cover veterinary costs, and supplies needed for my foster pet.*
  • I agree that any expenses for the care of my foster pet such as food, medical visit/care, supplies, which I incur will be presented to LOLR immediately in the form of receipts for reimbursement from LOLR. I will discuss any expenses with a representative from LOLR prior to purchase (unless it is an emergency situation and is unavoidable).*

  • All of the above information I have given is true & complete. I agree to follow the Rules and Procedures of Leashes of Love Rescue, Inc. I understand that it is my decision whether or not to foster any particular dog. I will not hold Leashes of Love Rescue  responsible for any damage, injury, or harm caused directly or indirectly to any person or property by any dog I may decide to foster or volunteer my time to help.

    I also understand that any animal I foster for Leashes of Love Rescue, Inc. legally belongs to Leashes of Love Rescue and must be returned at any time if so requested.

    I FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT I MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO FOSTER!  LEASHES OF LOVE RESCUE, INC., AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION, RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY APPLICANT FOR ANY REASON OR NO REASON.
