During the course of the case consultation, our staff will do the following: • Provide you with suggestions and observations about your client.• Endeavor to help you develop an accurate and meaningful analysis of their current situation.• Assist in the development of strategies to help you find solutions to your client"s problems. PlanPlus staff can in no way be held responsible for the resulting advice delivered to your clients, given that we are totally dependent on your knowledge of your client and the quality of the fact collection you have done for the client. This waiver must be signed on a case-by-case basis to acknowledge that yu retain 100% of the responsibility relative to the advice and recommendations you make to your clients and that you hold harmless PlanPlus Inc. in this regard.
