NOHO USTA RAIN MAKEUP OR MATCH RESCHEDULE REPORT
Both captains must file a rain makeup report within 5 days of the originally scheduled match. Makeup matches must be scheduled for completion within 2 weeks of the originally scheduled date. Captains should communicate final agreed upon dates via Email so that each captain has the agreement "in writing". If dates have not been agreed on within 5 days, the league coordinator will assign a makeup date. If only one captain submits the report the dates and times on that report will stand. DO NOT COMPLETE THIS REPORT UNTIL ALL LINES HAVE BEEN RESCHEDULED.

If lines are subsequently rained out, a new report does not have to be filed unless it is the only line left to be played. If it is the last line to be played, submit a new report indicating that the other lines have been completed and giving the new date for the last line.
