1) This package is applicable for everyone.

2) $50 will be collected to secure the promo and your appointment slot. Balance will be collected during your first appointment. Prepayment is non-refundable but exchangeable for other treatment or products

3) Redemption expires 1 month from purchase date. This package program consists of 24 vouchers for Skin Shaper Facial (30mins) suitable to be done 3-5 days interval and 1 voucher for Free Skin Shaper Plus Facial (60mins). All vouchers must be utilised within 3 month starting from first appointment.

4) Treatment Voucher is transferable but non-exchangeable for cash and non-refundable. Voucher must be presented during appointment otherwise usual treatment price will be charged.

5) The management reserves the rights to amend the terms & conditions or replace the treatment with equivalent treatment if required.
