Definitions
Not Scheduled
This should be used for patients who are seen regularly but have not booked a session this week. (Remember that your TS should include your usual patients, even if they have decided not to book this week).
Cancelled
This should be used if a patient has booked and paid for a session in advance and then notifies TSC of their wish to cancel the session (losing their deposit).
No Show
This should be used if a patient has booked and paid for a session; fails to turn up and does not notify TSC of their wish to cancel (losing their deposit).
The section below records the total unused cancellation time for the day.
Unused Cancellation Time = Cancelled + No Show (excluding Not Scheduled).
