Online Tee Time Request Form

Welcome to the Banyan Tree Golf Course Tee Time Request Form. Prior to request submission, please carefully read the following terms and acknowledge each term by checking its box. Thank you for your interest in a tee time!

All information for each player is required.

Each request requires a minimum of three players. Requests are processed for threesomes and foursomes, only. Singles and twosomes are able to walk onto the course with groups as available, but will not receive scheduled tee times.

All appropriately filled-out requests will be considered, but tee time requests are NOT guaranteed.

Requests are filled according to availability, priority, and other guidelines as stated in the Banyan Tree Golf Course Tee Time Policy. (http://www.kadenafss.com/recreation/golf/)

Requests will not be scheduled prior to noon on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays when there is a tournament event at the Banyan Tree Golf Course; prior notice will be given in the Pro Shop and on the facility's Facebook page.

Groups who request and receive tee times that result in a no-show will lose the privilege of requesting tee times; should a group be unable to secure their spot, please call the Banyan Tree Pro Shop for tee time cancellation. Additionally, falsifying information for any player will result in the loss of tee time privileges.

Electronic requests close at 2359 (Local) on Tuesday night. Paper requests (Pro Shop) close at 1200 (Local) on Wednesday afternoon. Times will be drawn up between 1200 and 1400 on Wednesday and will be posted to the website no later than 1700 (Local), Wednesday afternoon. (You may check the website or call the Pro Shop to verify or confirm whether you received a tee time or not.)

Groups must check in with the starter no later than 15 minutes prior to their scheduled tee time.
