Province Archon Annual Report
OVERVIEW
Section 43A11 of the Fraternity Laws requires that the Province Archon prepare and submit an annual report on the state of the province between Fraternity Conventions. Forms are automatically directed to the Eminent Supreme Recorder. Each Province Archon, or other designated officer, should complete the following information. Please type in the available fields. You will not be able to save it and return to complete this document later.

If you have any questions about completing the report or claiming your account with The SAE Portal, please contact Chief Operating Officer and Convention Manager, Spencer Long at slong@sae.net or (224) 422-0848.

Once you have completed the form, you'll receive an email with a PDF copy of your submission. To be credentialed to vote at convention, submit/upload your PDF copy on The SAE Portal. Log in and select 'Submit Province Report' under the Province Officer's tab. Select 'My Province Chapter & AA Convention Credentialing' to see where your groups stand regarding credentialing requirements.

If you haven't registered for SAE's 167th Anniversary Convention, please log into portal.sae.net and select Event Registration.
