PAY IN PERSON: Fill out and submit this registration form, then call Dina at (915) 588-2938 and schedule a time to meet and finalize your registration. Cash and checks are accepted.

PAY BY MAIL: Fill out and submit this registration form then mail a check made to K9 Fun Works to; K9 Fun Works, 8711 Jade Lane, El Paso, TX 79904. Be sure to include the class name and date. Payment must be received at least 10 days prior to the class start date for your dog to be accepted.

PAY BY CREDIT CARD VIA PAYPAL: If Pay with PayPal does not display below, UNCHECK Pay in Person or Pay by Mail. Choose your class in the Pay with PayPal section below. When you submit your registration, you will be taken to the PayPal website where you must complete your payment for your dog to be accepted. This is the fastest and easiest way to pay.

**A NOTE ABOUT RECENT CHANGES TO PAYPAL: When you are taken to the screen to enter your payment info, please be sure to choose the tab for DEBIT if paying with a debit card, and CREDIT if paying with a credit card. If you enter a debit card number into the credit card screen (and vice versa) the payment will not go through.
