REQUIRED SUPPLEMENTAL MATERIALS:

-- DANCE RESUME

-- One (1) LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION from faculty, employer, professional artist, or professional dance teacher.

-- DANCE SCHOLARSHIP ESSAY - Students will submit an essay explaining their need and merit for the Kern Dance Alliance Scholarship. Students will outline their current classes, contributions to dance, performance experience, future expectations and overall reasons for deserving a dance scholarship. Please also list any current scholarships, grants, stipends, work-study, or loans you have been awarded. Essays will be no longer than two (2) pages typed- DOUBLE SPACED/TIMES NEW ROMAN/12 pt FONT

NOTE: IF YOU ARE UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE, A PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN MUST BE PRESENT TO PROVIDE A SIGNATURE THROUGH THE APPLICATION.
