Reinstatement Request
For Approved Absence or Withdrawal:
After 3 months of approved absence , or if the Program End Date is overdue, the student may sign up for reinstatement by paying the reinstatement fee.
Suspended or Terminated Student:
If the student is Inactive for more than 3 weeks without notification or request for absence, the student may be suspended (if student was doing satisfactory work) or terminated (if student work was unsatisfactory).
A suspended student may request reinstatement within 3 months of the last date of activity/last completed activity at the learning portal or last date of assignment/exam. Approval is based on mentor availability and program availability. The student will pay the Reinstatement Fee. If there are any exam retakes, or other activities that need to be repeated, there may be additional fees. In order to be approved for reinstatement after suspension, the student will need to follow a specific program plan.
A terminated student with poor academic performance does not qualify for reinstatement and will need to re-apply to the program. Culture Advantage reserves the right not to accept applicants who were not in good standing while attending the program.
Please note that Reinstatement Fees cover the review of student attendance, performance, and academic requirements and up to 30 days of course access. We may require validation of knowledge base of previously completed courses after an LOA of over 1 month which may require additional fees. Fees for exam retakes or private coaching, taking exams and/or assessments, or other additional services are not included in the reinstatement fee.
The student must pay Extension Fees to continue to complete the program past 30 days of the Reinstatement.
The program must be completed within a 6-month period. After 6 months, the student will need to re-enroll and pay the enrollment fee and complete all requirements.
Reinstatement Fee: $150.00 (One month access. After one month, if you need more time, you will need to sign up for monthly extension.)
