Central Seminary transcript policy is to mail official transcripts directly to other institutions. Some institutions, however, require individuals to submit official transcripts as part of an application requiring multiple documents and/or forms. Central Seminary will send official transcripts to alumni or students in such cases, but the transcripts must remain sealed, or they are invalidated.
Official transcripts cannot be sent to students for personal records. Alumni or students wanting a record of coursework for their files may request an unofficial transcript with this form, by phone, or by email.
There is a $10.00 fee for requested transcripts. The fee must be paid in advance of release of transcripts via cash, check, or credit card (please call 763.417.8250 to pay via credit card, or mail check to 900 Forestview Ln N, Plymouth, MN 55441). The registrar will mail transcripts generally within seven business days from receipt of payment. Please submit one request per form and allow for more time if multiple copies are requested.
The Office of the Registrar discards transcript requests which are not followed by payment in full within five business days. The requestor must file a new request to re-initiate the process.
