    With the following online forms, you can provide all required information for the activation of your listing in about 15-20 minutes. From there we will activate your listing within one business day, though we often have listings up and running within hours.

  • While the online forms are provided for your convenience, you also have the option to download and print copies of the forms. You can then fax the completed forms to 877-893-6566, upload them to the photo / file upload form, or e-mail them as attachments to djdemers1@gmail.com.

  •  A $15 processing fee applies to forms requested or returned by mail. An additional $15 applies if you would like us to scan physical photo prints for use in your listing.
