In order for the catering company to be evaluated the must have proof of the following (please check to show you've read what is required):

They have a catering kitchen that has a current health inspection evaluationThey have proof of insurance (please email for details on what's needed)They have a full staff catering chefs, banquet managers, and banquet servers (usually 1 server per 75/100 guests needed per event for buffets and 1 per 50 guests for plated dinners. Note: plated dinners need pre-approved)They prepare all food off site in their approved catering kitchen and will not be using the venue prep area to prepare any foodTheir staff will stay throughout dinner service to clean up any cups, dishes, remove trash, and sweep the floorsThey agree to all catering and vendor policies at The Conservatory

There is a $300 fee for any outside caterer that will be added your final bill (you do not have to pay this with in-house catering). If the catering company can not provide 1 server per 75/100 guests for buffet dinner service then The Conservatory may bring in the additional servers for a labor fee. Also, until their is a Corona/Covid vaccine the caterer will need provide servers for the buffet (one server per item) they will bill you for the labor for this*
