Thank you for taking the time to gather the content we need to complete your website. The more information and photos you give us the faster and more efficient we can create your custom website.

All content requested must be copy-free or original content. No trademarks or licensed material can be used without written permission from the owner.

Please remember that the client is more familiar with your business's terminology and wording than the web designer or website visitor so please give us full details to be published online.

Please double and triple proofread the text you send us, as I copy, paste and format your text directly on your website as much as possible.

What are your "Hours of Operation" (If applicable)

In order to add some features to your website, we may request your login credentials for Facebook or Google. If you know which account information we will be needing you can enter it now. If not we will ask for it later. Of course can decline these features if you wish, and you are free to change your credentials later. In fact we encourage you too.

If you have a domain name you would like to use we will need the registry service used, and your credentials to access the account.

We will need the verbiage for content in digital format, for all pages and any related photos to go with it. This content can be received in this form, as email messages, DropBox, CD's or a flash-drive. FYI: I prefer most content to be emailed to me in separate messages for each subject. Please fill in the subject indicating as to where or what the information is for.

It is helpful to send me any documents such as a business card, brochures etc.

When I refer to you on your website, how should I word the following?

Use I, me and my. For example: "I have my t-shirts available. Buy them from me today."Or use we, us and our. For example: "We have our t-shirts available. Buy them from us today."
