In order to receive a Manual of Ceremonies, a $100 deposit and the cost of shipping will need to be made to the Grand Chapter. Every copy of the Manual of Ceremonies is the property of the Grand Chapter and must be returned upon leaving your volunteer role or in any case that the Grand Sage calls for a return of the manuals. Upon deposit received and confirmation of your volunteer role, a Manual of Ceremonies will be shipped to the address provided below. Upon return, the deposit may be returned to you.*
