ACE Lab Appointment Request
Tutoring Sessions:
- All appointments are 30 minutes and for Rochester Christian University students and courses only.
- Requests should be submitted 48 hours in advance. A confirmation email will be sent to the student's RCU email address.
- Students unable to make their appointment should contact the ACE Lab 24 hours in advance.
- Groups of 2-5 students must be in the same course to request a group study session with a tutor. Groups should list the class, instructor, assignment, and all members of the group in the comment section of the form.
- The ACE Lab is unable to help on tests, quizzes, and test corrections. Students must contact the Academic Testing Center for make-up tests/quizzes.
While we do our best to ensure student satisfaction with requested times and preferred tutors, all appointments are subject to ACE availability.
