The Council on American Islamic Relations Los Angeles Chapter (CAIR-LA), and the Islamic Center of Irvine (ICOI) Youth Group are proud to announce the fifth annual Muslim Gamechangers Network (MGN), a 2-month social justice training curriculum for Muslim high school students which will equip participants with the tools to critically understand their world, effectively challenge injustice, and build legacies of positive institutional change. The program consists of weekly interactive sessions centered on themes of identity, history, social responsibility, and organizing tools.
Sessions will take place on Saturdays, 12:30PM-3:00PM from April 14 - June 9, 2018 at the Islamic Center of Irvine. The deadline to complete this form is Wedensday, April 11 at 11:59PM and students will be notified of acceptance by Friday, April 13th. Those who are accepted will be sent a link to pay the $50 registration fee.
