AFC Lightning Challenge

DATES

Games will be played on Saturday, 8/17/24 and Sunday 8/18/24. There is a possibility of a few games being played on Friday, 8/16. Saturday games will typically satrt at 8:00 AM and end by 9:00 PM. Sunday games will be from 8:00 AM to about 6:00 PM. If there are Friday games they will be at 6:00 and 7:30 PM.

TEAMS

All teams will be playing a traditional tournament format where teams are placed into groups for round robin play to determine Champions and Finalists.

U11/12 - $40/27

U17/19 - $70/47

25 - 49 miles one way: $25/day worked

50+ miles away: $50/ day worked
FL, AL, TN, NC, SC: $50/day worked
MS, LA, KY, WV, VA: $75/day worked
Further States: $100/day worked

We are using four assignors - Bryan McDermott, Matt Jackson, and Ken Wilcox. Bryan is doing McCurry Park and CHOA. Matt Jackson is doing Griffin, East Atlanta, and Lovejoy. Ken Wilcox is doing PAC, MOBA and Glenloch. Frank Wiliamson is doing Inter Atlanta.
