If you booked a class or workshop: If you have purchased a spot for someone other than yourself, please fill our our WHO TO EXPECT AT THE STUDIO FORM reply with the name and age of each person who will be attending so we know who to expect! Please note, due to the limited spaces available, refunds are not available. If you need to cancel, a credit for a future class will be given if cancelled MORE THAN 72 hours before the class start time.

If you purchased something: Please note that items only ship AFTER they are produced if you selected a custom item. Since all custom items require different amounts of time to create based on the product, order size and current workload, production times vary and it is important for us to know the date of your event.
