If you are removing your listing due to accepting an offer, please use the Accepted Offer form instead. If the property has sold (closing has occurred), use the Sold Property form.

Use this form to request a permanent cancellation of service, or temporary withdrawal of your listing.

All requests must be submitted via this form in order to ensure accuracy in writing. E-mail address used must match the e-mail on file for your listing.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent when we have completed your request. Updates will be reflected in the MLS within one business day, and on partnering sites within 24-48 hours.

Cancellation - I would like to permanently cancel this service and remove my listing from the MLS. I understand that accepted offers / leasing agreements must be reported using the Accepted Offer form instead. I understand that no refunds can be granted once the property listing has been activated on the MLS.Temporary Withdrawal - I would like to temporarily withdraw the listing from its Active status, with the option to reactivate within the listing period. (Note: The MLS will continue to add to the Days on Market count while the listing is in temporarily withdrawn status).

Note on Resetting "Days on Market" Count: In the past, sellers have requested to remove and re-list a listing in order to reset the Days on Market count.

Most MLS systems (unless otherwise noted) require a period of 60 days in which the listing is completely withdrawn before the number resets to 0 (though this policy may vary and cannot be guaranteed).
In some cases, particularly when the gap is less than 60 days, the previous total Days on Market is added to that of the new listing.
Days will continue to accumulate in "temporarily withdrawn" status.

By checking this box, I acknowledge that once a listing is cancelled in the MLS system, it cannot be reactivated. Re-listing would require a seller to place a new order and complete a new MLS listing agreement form. I understand that in accordance with the listing agreement, refunds are not offered after the listing has been activated.

I agree that this cancellation request conforms to the Cancellation policy as defined in the MLS Listing Agreement, in that there are not any open offers on the table, and the property is not currently under contract to sell.

To reactivate your listing from temporarily withdrawn status, please e-mail mlsbydan@gmail.com. Please note that the listing period as defined in your listing agreement (usually 6 or 12 months) cannot be extended based on time that the property is temporarily withdrawn.
