For every ministry that you are interested in, please check the "Interested" box. If you are currently serving our church in one of thees positions and are willing to continue please check the "Continuing" box, and finally if you feel that you are no longer able to serve in a position or want to expore other areas of ministry, check the "Leaving" box. You will be called to discuss your participation in each new ministry. You may choose any level of participation that you wish as any involvement is appreciated.
