  • 24 Carrots or Bistro Papillote are our required equipment rental company, with only a few exceptions allowed.  This is to ensure proper set up and take down according to our standards. Approval for any alternative rental company must come from Marketing and Events Coordinator, Anais Tangie at atangie@sococollection.com.  A walk through with the alternate euipment rental company must be scheduled before final approval will be given.

  • If you have any questions on any part of this document, feel free to contact Anais Tangie at atangie@sococollection.com.  Your signature on this document ensures that you are aware of all necessary permits, liability, and costs necessery to throw an event.  You release SoCo Collection, its contractors, and its affiliates from any loss or damage that may be incurred to you while you are throwing an event on SoCo property.  You will be billed for all costs incurred to SoCo for your event, included but not limited to, property maintenace, additional security, additional marketing and public relations requests, mandatory onsight event management, printing costs, signage, parking, and any other property usage.  SoCo reserves the right to shut down the event, if at any time the event feels unsafe, not secure, unorganized, or outside the guidlines laid out in this application. Depending on the size and scope of your event a deposit may be required and is due 180 days before your event.  Event applications should be submitted with at least a 90 day lead time to ensure proper marketing and exposure (exceptions do apply).
