The Sigma Pi Executive Office will be able to gather all the current contact information for each Alumni House Corporation Board in case there is a concern about the house or an injury claim and we need to reach them. The Executive Office will then be able to bill them properly if they don't have liability insurance.
Sigma Pi Properties will be able to assess the competitiveness of the property and come up with solutions if it's not competitive, as well as address short term needs of the alumni house corporation (property management, looking for new properties on each campus).
The Grand Council of Sigma Pi Fraternity, International would be able to assess long term needs of all chapters based on this information and help develop policies for the Fraternity to address those long term needs.
This form is to be completed by the Housing Corporation's President or Board of Directors.
Submission is due September 1 of each year.
