If you opt for Auto-Pay, you may submit a credit card to put on file here. If you would prefer, you may call us at 813-936-4025 Ext 3 to put a credit card on file. If your credit card gets declined at any time, you will receive an invoice payable online until a new card is submitted to us.
If you already have a card on file that has been charged in the last 30 days, you do not need to submit a new card. If your card has not been charged, it has been declined and we will need a new card on file to continue with Auto-Pay.
*Credit cards may be charged immediately following your service. Customers who receive service more than once per month will be charged upon completion of the last service of the month.
