For valuable consideration, I hereby give the above photographer permission to license all images for the purpose which may include, among others, advertising, promotion, marketing and packages for any product or service. The Model(s) agree that any images may be combined with other images, text, and graphics, cropped, altered or modified. The above photographer also retains all rights to the images unless explicitly noted. The Model(s) acknowledge and agrees that the above photographer is not liable for any further consideration or accounting and further claims for any reason. (No identifying information is ever shared - name, location, school, etc. will never be shared in any format.)
