General Educational Requirements:

• Associate's degree or higher preferred, but not required
  

General Expecatations:

• Accomplish job description duties & additional duties as assigned

• Have actively served in the Dream Team for at least 12 months (New Harvesters exempted)
• Pass background screening process
• Execute an NDA, Confidentiality & Non-Compete Agreement
• Submit to the Employee Manual

General Spiritual Requirements:

• Be a Christian for at least two years
• Be or will become a faithful, tithing Harvester
• If the head of household, lead their families according to 1st Timothy 3:4-5 - “One who rules his own house well, having his children in submission with all reverence (for if a man does not know how to rule his own house, how will he take care of the church of God?)”
