If you are exchanging event tickets, please read the following information.

CenterTix can exchange tickets for most upcoming shows.

To determine if your tickets are eligible for exchange, or if you have questions, call CenterTix at 263-ARTS (907-263-2787) during regular hours.

Exchange Costs

• Exchanges are charged a per ticket exchange fee. The standard fee is $5 per ticket. This fee is waived for subscription tickets and for tickets from cancelled shows.
• If the new tickets cost more, you pay the difference in price.
• If the new tickets cost less, the difference is issued as CenterTix credit. For select events, the difference is given to the event organizer instead.

Processing

• Exchanges are processed during CenterTix office hours.
• CenterTix will send a confirmation to your inbox when the exchange is complete.
• If the exchange requires additional payment, CenterTix will evaluate the exchange and contact you with the total cost. Payment will be taken at that time.

Restrictions

• CenterTix must receive the exchange information at least 48 hours before the start time of the performance you no longer want to attend.
• To change the event date or time, the new performance must have the same title as the original show.
• Complimentary tickets cannot be exchanged to different performances.
• Tickets for past shows cannot be exchanged.
• All exchanges are subject to availability.
• Other restrictions may apply.

How It Works

Complete this online form to begin. Be sure to have your tickets or your order details with you in order to proceed. After you submit this form, CenterTix will will process the exchange during regular hours and send confirmation when it is complete. If the exchange requires addition payment, CenterTix will contact you with a total cost for the exchange and take payment at that time. This activity generally happens noon to 5pm, Wednesday-Saturday.

Once the exchange is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with details for your new tickets. Please review this revised order confrimation for accuracy.

If you have already received your tickets, we must see them destroyed to complete the exchange. Choose the option that works best for you.

1) Snap a photo...First write void across each ticket that you are exchanging. Then snap a photo and either send it to us at exchange@centertix.com or upload it to this form.

2) If your original tickets are mobile tickets, please open your order (from your confirmation email) and "forward" each ticket that you want to exchange to exchange@centertix.com.

3) Bring them to our ticket office in the Alaska Center for the Performing Arts where you'll be able to choose your new seats with us. Call 907-263-2787 to make an appointment.

If you haven't received your tickets, please give us your order number.

Please remember that an exchange fee is charged per ticket. Additionally, the difference in ticket price is charged if the new tickets cost more than the original tickets.

CenterTix will contact you with a total cost for your exchange and take payment information at that time.

Your exchange cannot be completed until payment is received. If you submit this form after hours, we will contact you during the next business day to complete your request. If the show you are exchanging out of is performing before then, please contact the venue for assistance.

Your new tickets will be emailed to you as soon as the exchange is complete.
