  • Agreement for Salary Redirection Under Section 403(b) - TIAA-CREF Retirement Plan

  • By THIS AGREEMENT, made between you, the Employee, and Greenville University, (the Institution), the parties hereto agree as follows:

    Effective for amounts paid on or after the date this form is submitted, which date is subsequent to the execution of this Agreement, the Employee’s salary will be reduced by the amount indicated below and will be allocated among the funding vehicles authorized by the Institution, as designated by the Employee.

    This Agreement shall be legally binding and irrevocable for both the Institution and the Employee while employment continues. However, either party may terminate or otherwise modify this Agreement as of the end of any month (or pay period, if applicable) by giving at least thirty days written notice so this Agreement will not apply to salary subsequently paid.

  • Salary Reduction* Amount Election - TIAA-CREF Retirement Choice (RC) Contract and ROTH Contributions

  • I understand the amount indicated will be paid to my TIAA-CREF annuity contract(s).  This amount will not exceed the Employee's statutory limitation under IRC Section 415 or Section 402(b) whichever is less.

    *The Salary Reduction amount will be reviewed by the Payroll Office prior to the execution of this agreement.

  • 403b Contributions (Contributions before taxes, not to exceed the IRS limits)

  • ROTH Contributions (Contributions after taxes, not to exceed the IRS limits)

  • Catch Up Contribution - TIAA-CREF Retirement Choice (RC) Contract and ROTH Contributions

  • For employees age 50 and over, additional catch up contributions are permitted under IRC 414(v).  If you are eligible, you must separately elect this amount.

    *The Salary Reduction amount will be reviewed by the Payroll Office prior to the execution of this agreement.
