REQUEST FORM

Use this form to request an ASL interpreter for Catholic services in local parishes, schools or institutions. The requesting Catholic parish, school or institution is responsible for payment. The cost of interpreting ranges from $45 - $60 an hour. There may be a mileage fee. There is often a two hour minimum. Events lasting over two hours require two interpreters. Parishes with financial concerns should contact the Deaf Apostolate for assistance in paying for interpreters.
