  • ENTRY DEADLINE: Friday, October 9, 2026. Entries received after October 9th may be accepted with a late fee, at the discretion of the Games Committee. 

    PLEASE NOTE: To complete an online entry, you will be required to submit a credit or debit card payment using PayPal. You are NOT required to have a PayPal account to complete a registration.

    Please read the competition information sheet and all waivers on our website at https://ohda.ca/competition-information-and-entry-forms/ carefully BEFORE filling out this registration form. By registering, you AGREE to all terms, conditions and waivers (no need to bring signed copies).

    Premier dancers - please note the separate entry selection for the Championships on the Saturday & the Premier Category on the Sunday -

    Registering for one does not automatically register a dancer for both days. Please make a selection for each.
