LEVELS OF MEMBERSHIP AND BENEFITS

As a BizConnect member, you will receive a tremendous amount of additional marketing value throughout the year. Not only will your business be a preferred referral, but you will also receive additional promotional opportunities at BizConnect events. You will be invited to exclusive member only events and invitations to events as a guest that we are members of. We are very connected in the Hampton Roads business community and will share our connections with you and get you in front of the right people.

Membership ranges from $180 - $1800 per year depending on your desired choice of levels. See below for membership levels:

Top Level Sponsorship (Includes benefits of subsequent levels) $1800

Bring your pop up banner to display at all monthly events
Top Level Sponsor Block with Logo on homepage of BizConnectHR.com
Logo on weekly e-newsletter with link to business website
One ad per quarter on weekly enewsletter (each to run for 2 consecutive weeks)
Social media mentions with customer provided advertorial content
Other marketing and promotional opportunities throughout the year (Examples: opportunity to be a food sponsor for weekly/monthly events, contest/giveaway sponsor of events, etc.)

Event Sponsor (Includes benefits of subsequent levels) $800

Logo on banner (on display at monthly events)
Logo on homepage of BizConnectHR.com next to upcoming event block
Sponsor designation on nametag
Opportunity to introduce yourself during the presentation at the Friday member meetups

Is your Business a Non-Profit with a 501(c)3 Accreditation

YES

Non-profits may be selected to participate in the annual BizConnect Gives Back event. You must be a member for at least a year and participate regularly in BizConnect events to be eligible to apply for the May Gives Back event. Your organization must have a 501(c)3 accreditation.

For memberships that include additional representatives or added employees, please list their names and email address. Make sure to select additional member $10 fee above for the Small Business Membership.

Businesses with more than one location, please contact me for membership rates.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Membership must be approved before BizConnect Membership is activated. You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of registration with the status of your membership. Applications that are not approved will be refunded in full within 48 hours.

Membership is non-refundable. Under certain circumstances however, it may be transferable to another member of your organization (membership paid by corporate funds) if you cannot continue to participate. There will be a $40 fee to make the necessary updates to new member to online directory listing, e-newsletter listing, nametag change, etc.

If individual member (membership fee paid by personal funds) changes place of business and wishes to continue membership under new company, BizConnect must be notified asap. There will be a $25 fee to change company name and update logo. Fee will be $40 if already removed from directory listing and other member materials.

The annual term ends the following year at the end of the month of your joining date. You will receive a renewal invoice a month before expiration. Membership will need to be renewed by your end date.

Membership can be terminated at any time if BizConnectHR representative deems behavior to be inappropriate or disruptive to other members.

Includes one member representative. You can add up to 2 representatives from your business $20 ea.

Individual / Business + 1 Additional Rep.($200.00 for each year)

Includes yourself and one other member.

Individual / Business + 2 Additional Reps.($220.00 for each year)

Includes yourself and two other members.

By clicking submit, you are authorizing BizConnect Hampton Roads to charge your credit card for your annual membership. Your membership will automatically be renewed on your anniversary date next year unless you cancel your membership prior to that date.
