1. Please note: We require at least 10 days notice prior to freeze taking effect. Freeze request must be a minimum of 30 days.

2. The freeze will come into effect from your next billing cycle date closest to the selected freeze start date. **The Club Enhancement Fee is not waived during the membership freeze term.**s

3. If your membership is under contract, the contract will get extended by the number of months that freeze request is submitted. The membership contract term are the total number of payments and member is liable to pay all the membership dues under original contract term to SITE2GYM for membership at Anytime Fitness, for ex; 12 month contract means 12 monthly payment membership dues plus club enhancement and any other charges.
