Holly Zalinka Photography Terms & Conditions:

Your Newborn session covers the following:

- Up to 3 hours of shooting with Holly Zalinka Photography

- One mom/baby shot, dad/baby shot, & sibling/baby shot if desired. The remainder of the shots will be of the newborn alone

There are no cameras allowed in the studio/location, with the exception of the photographer's camera, unless given permission by Holly.

If children are present for a sibling shot, please have a friend or family member take them home immediately after their shot together with the baby. The studio is very warm & the session can take up to 3 hours.

If Holly cannot perform this Agreement due to a fire or other casualty, strike, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to an illness, then the Photographer shall return the deposit to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Agreement. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event the Photographer fails to perform for any other reason, the Photographer shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the retail value of the Client’s order.

Holly Zalinka Photography is not responsible for any expense or liability as a result of this session, including medical expenses due to any sickness or injury incurred as a result.

Copyright Agreement:

I do hereby consent and agree that Holly Zalinka Photography has the right to take photographs of me and/or my child and to use these in any and all media, now or hereafter known, for any purpose or service.

I do hereby release to Holly Zalinka Photography all rights to exhibit this work in print and electronic form publicly or privately, including website portfolios, Facebook & blogs.

I understand that all images taken by Holly Zalinka Photography are protected by copyright laws and that it is illegal to scan, copy, print or reproduce without permission. *
