Purchasing Card
***** The above cardholder agrees, upon purchase to provide receipt and documentation to the appointed allocator, within one (1) week of purchase. The cardholder is responsible for ensuring that all charges made to the purchasing card are for appropriate corporate expenditures in line with the spirit of the purpose of the card. Should a cardholder terminate employment or transfer between departments, the user department has the specific obligation to contact the Program Administrator to have the account closed, and to reclaim the purchasing card and destroy it prior to the employee's termination or transfer date. The cardholder may not make personal purchases on the card, or use the card for purposes which are outside the bounds of the employees normal corporate purchasing needs or authority per the employee's manager. If personal charges occur, or if the card is otherwise mis-used, the cardholder promises to reimburse company, and grants the authority for company to withhold any personal charges placed on the card from cardholder's paycheck. If a card is lost, the cardholder has the responsibility to notify the purchasing card program administrator so Élan Financial Services can be notified immediately. As holder of this purchasing card, I agree to accept the responsibility for the protection and proper use of this purchasing card, as enumerated above. I understand that non-adherence to any of the above procedures may result in revocation of individual cardholder privileges and/or termination of employment. *****
Gas Card and Vehicle
***** Do not use this card for fueling any other vehicles. This Card is only to be used for fuel, oil (as needed), and minor vehicle expenses for your assigned vehicle. This number authorizes the sale and identifies you as the purchaser. Do not give your DRIVER ID number to anyone except a station attendant or a Customer Service Representative. Keep your DRIVER ID number separate from your card in case the card is ever lost or stolen. Lost or stolen cards: During regular business hours contact Shannon Renstrom at 651-602-6571, after hours contact the Harris Companies fleet manager at 612-919-1664. Always enter a current and exact ODOMETER reading. Do not include tenths of miles in your odometer reading. Odometer Readings are critical for vehicle tracking & reporting. Most vehicles are designed for use with unleaded fuels—check the Owner’s Manual that came with the vehicle for fuel requirements for your vehicle. *****
Cell Phone, Hotspots, Tablets, & Laptops
***** By virtue of this agreement, you agree that you will receive company technology equipment. The devices listed above and their accompanying accessories, as listed above, are at all times the property of Harris Companies. By signing this agreement, you accept that you are responsible for this equipment and that you have read and understand the safety cell phone policy. You agree all items will be returned to the company at their request or at the end of your employment. If personal use becomes excessive and/or abusive (at management’s discretion), Harris Companies reserves the right to rescind your technology equipment privileges and/or invoice for reimbursement. *****
Personal Cell Phone Reimbursement
***** In lieu of a company cell phone, the company has agreed to pay a portion of your personal cell phone bill. In exchange, you agree to allow Harris Companies to add your number to the company cell phone directory. *****
Key Fob
***** By virtue of this agreement, you acknowledge you will receive a building access key fob. The fob, is property of Harris Companies. By signing this agreement, you are agreeing that you are responsible for this building access device. Mis-use of the key fob is grounds for revocation of building access privileges and/or termination of employment. You agree to alert the key fob administrator immediately if you have lost or misplaced your key fob. *****
