Room and Meal Application

(Applicant is applying on behalf of all members in the party.)

If available, please include 2025-26 Membership# for each person, or provide the numbers later by email to the trip coordinator.  Please see package prices in the trip description file.

Note: It is the applicants’ responsibility to keep roommates informed of trip details and updates.

In case of emergency we require the name and phone number(s) of a contact person for each member of the party, preferably someone "at home":

Travel to and from Resort: 

Members are responsible for all their travel arrangements and health and accident insurance. 

Members wishing to either share a ride and/or a room can indicate so below. A list will be compiled and circulated so interested individuals can contact one another to make their arrangements.
