By signing this contract, the Client agrees that this form is used as inquiry only and does not reserve the time and date requested for the session sitting.

The client agrees that there must be a retainer fee of 20% of the session fee, paid in full by the Client, two weeks prior to the session. The client agrees that the entire session fee be paid in full two hours prior to the session start. The Client has no rights under this agreement until all sitting fee/deposits are paid in full.

Unless negotiated in a separate instrument, in writing, all Images from this session remain property of the Photographer and may be used as advertising, display or and purpose thought proper by the Photographer.

Unless specifically expressed in writing, no other services or products will be provided by the Photographer for this session.

By signing this agreement, the client agrees to all terms listed above.
