This Use of Service Statement provides IDC Financial Publishing, Inc. (IDCFP) with important information which is used by IDCFP in its pricing of products to you. This statement, by itself, is not a contract unless you have executed an IDCFP License & Subscription Agreement. If you have not yet executed a License & Subscription Agreement, this Use of Service Statement will be deemed to be part of such contract upon your execution of the License & Subscription Agreement. If you are a current client of IDCFP (and thus have a License & Subscription Agreement in place), this Use of Service Statement supersedes and replaces any previous Use of Service Statement and will be deemed to be part your existing License & Subscription Agreement upon signing your invoice for services. Note that this Use of Service Statement as combined with the License & Subscription Agreement limits use of IDCFP rank and/or financial ratios as stated in such contract.
