  • We recognize the courage it takes to face your fears and attend this training. So that we can be good stewards of our limited funds the criteria to qualify for receiving funds is as follows:


    If the adjusted gross income on your 1040 tax return is above $50,000.00, you will not qualify for Tuition Assistance.

  • Cancer & Caregiver Fund

    Please read the following instructions carefully; incorrect or incomplete applications will NOT be considered for assistance.

    • Scholarship Applications for the Core Training are due the Wednesday immediately following the training you have completed. (Close of business is 5:00 p.m. CST)
      • Scholarship Applications for Focus Trainings such as Empowered Parenting, Teen Family Camp, and Step Beyond are due the 2 days before the registration deadline.
    • You must be registered for the event prior to your application being considered.
    • All of the required information and attachments must be included in order for an application to be considered.

    No exceptions or extensions will be granted.

    Questions: Answer each question thoughtfully and honestly; your answers have a significant impact on awards issued by the Funds Committee.

    Documentation:  The following documents must be attached in order for an application to be considered.  If this doucumentation in not provided, a thorough explanation of why needs to be included.  This will help the committee make an informed decision.

    • A copy of your three most recent paycheck stubs.
    • A copy of last year's income tax return.

    Fee: A $15 non-refundable application fee is required.

    Guidelines for Eligibility:

    • This fund is limited to applicants with a diagnosis of cancer or who cares for someone who has been diagnosed with cancer.
    • This fund is available to help eligible persons attend the Pathways training: Core Training (Walk, P1, P2, P3), Teen Family Camp or Empowered Parenting.
    • The committee recommends funds based upon current situation, financial need, and extenuating circumstances.

    Process for Application:

    • Applicants must fully complete the Cancer and Caregiver Fund application.
      • Applications and all supporting documents must be at our office by close of business, the Friday prior to the training you wish to attend.
    • Register for the Weekend training (Also applies to Teen Family Camp and Empowered Parenting)
      • Select Cancer or Caregiver in the Weekend registration.
      • For Teen Family Camp and Empowered Parenting, your submission request will suffice.
    • You will then receive an email with details concerning your application after completion of the Weekend training.

    • This fund is for applicants who are currently serving, or who have served in any branch of the U.S. military. (Includes former spouse with spousal benefits).
      • Applicants must have an honorable or general discharge.
    • This fund is available to help eligible persons attend the Pathways training: Core Training (Walk, P1, P2, P3), Teen Family Camp or Empowered Parenting.
    • The committee recommends funds based upon current situation, both financial and in relation to connection to the military, and extenuating circumstances.

    Process for Application:

    • Applicants must fully complete the Military Family Fund application.
    • Applications and all supporting documents must be at our office by close of business, the Friday prior to the training you wish to attend.

    Register for the Weekend training (Also applies to Teen Family Camp and Empowered Parenting)

    • Select US Military Service in the Weekend registration.
    • For Teen Family Camp and Empowered Parenting, your submission request will suffice

    You will then receive an email with details concerning your application after completion of the Weekend training.

    • The committee recommends funds based upon need such as family size, severity of the child’s disability, family income and other extenuating circumstances.

    Process for Application:

    • Applicants must fully complete the Special Needs Family Fund application.
      • Applications and all supporting documents must be at our office by close of business, the Friday prior to the training you wish to attend.
    • Register for the Weekend training (Also applies to Teen Family Camp and Empowered Parenting)
      • Select Special Needs in the Weekend registration.
      • For Teen Family Camp and Empowered Parenting, your submission request will suffice.
    • You will then receive an email with details concerning your application after completion of the Weekend training.

  • I understand that any award will be credited directly to Pathways Core Training and any balance due, not covered by this award, will be my responsibility and payable prior to entering the training room. Awards expire 12 months after received and are non-transferable. They may be used for the seminar specified unless further approval is received.
