If you have difficulty accessing one of the library’s eBook, eAudio, eMusic, eVideo, or other digital media providers, here are some quick tips.
If you are unable to log in, make sure your library card has no blocks. Common blocks include your card being reported as lost; your required annual address verification; and charges greater than $10. If you don’t know your PIN, it is generally the last 4 digits of the telephone number you gave the library when you applied for your card. You can contact the library at 623-930-3600 to have your PIN reset during regular library hours.
If you are unable to download an item, try our Digital Library help documents.
