Requirements

You will need high speed internet and some way to communicate via audio. You may use your phone, laptop, or desktop. If you are using a computer, you will need to either use it's built in mic or attach a microphone (USB or VOIP headset). You may also use the computer for viewing, and connection to audio through your phone. See instructions (this is what it looks like when you're in the Zoom webinar room).

The day prior to your webex session you will receive an email from Sharefile (to upload high res files for me to demo - I'm told Sharefile emails may hide in spam) and an email from me with instructions how to log-in to a ZOOM webinar. If you have never logged into a ZOOM webex session you may be prompted to download the Meeting Player plugin upon logging in (may take 2 minutes). It's recommended that you use a phone for audio, or a VOIP headset. Please note that using speakers on your computer typically results in echoing on older operating systems. The webex will be recorded and emailed to you following your session. If you sign in 15 minutes late, it will be assumed that you need to reschedule and the session will still be billed.

Cancellations are appreciated with at least 12 hour notice.
