At least one picture is required to file a claim. To best expedite and process your claim please only provide pictures that best describes and shows the issue and defect of the tire. It may be best to take these pictures with the tire off the vehicle. Multiple angles are helpful. If your claim is regarding a balancing issue please provide a picture of your invoice from the tire shop that balanced the tire. The invoice will need to show how much balancing weight was required for the tire in question. We may require for the tire to be shipped back to us for inspection. Warranties for tires over one year will be prorated based on tread depth.
TreadWright is not responsible for vehicle damage, property damage or personal injury. All vehicle damage, property damage and personal injury claims will be run through the customer’s insurance.
Warranty Claims without pictures cannot be processed until pictures are attached or emailed to Warranty@Treadwright.com
