At Bridgetown, our goal is to practice the way of Jesus together in Portland. We do this through what we call Bridgetown Communities, groups of 10-15 people who gather in their part of the city each week to share a meal, live as family, and practice the way of Jesus together.
In order for this to work, we need healthy, mature Bridgetown Community Leaders; not perfect leaders, but mature ones. Our dream is to see thriving Communities that are led by Bridgetown Community Leaders who model a life of discipleship to Jesus, a life in the scriptures, a life in the Spirit and the disciplines, a life of holiness, and a life of emotional health.
The purpose of the Bridgetown Community Leader Assessment is just that: to create healthy Communities led by healthy leaders. We want to ensure that every leader is known, that every leader is ready, and that every leader is developed. Through this assessment our hope is to learn more about your story, to decide with you if Bridgetown Community Leadership is a good fit in this season, and to help us create a plan for your future development as a leader and as a follower of Jesus.
⭐️ There are seven sections of this assessment. Give yourself around 60 – 90 minutes to fill this out. Once you have filled it out, the Communities Team will be notified. Once reviewed, (Natalie reviewing the forms from women; Kyle reviewing the forms from men), you will be contacted to schedule a meeting to connect and talk through your responses!
Thank you!
