WOFAR Adoption Application

In order to be considered for fostering, you MUST:

Be at least 18 years of age.
Be able to verify that you are allowed to have a pet where you live.
Must provide Vet and Personal references.
Must be willing to allow a WOFAR representative to complete a home visit.
Be able and willing to provide shelter, food & love to a dog or cat until the WOFAR team finds a forever home for him or her.

WOFAR reserves the right to deny any application for any reason. Our application process is very thorough to ensure the health, safety and happiness of both our animals and WOFAR members. Filling out this application in no way ensures you will be approved to foster animals for Wings of Freedom Animal Rescue.
